How this started
The protein went into the grind, not into a shaker.
Our founder cut her portions in half and lost her morning with them. The old dark roast turned on her stomach. Protein shakes at 7am were never going to happen twice.
So we put the protein in the grind instead. A low-acidity medium roast built from Bourbon, Typica, Catuaí, Catucaí and Mundo Novo beans out of Brazil and Mexico, blended with 9% hemp protein powder and manufactured in the USA. Nothing here needs a new habit - it is the same scoop, at the same minute of your morning.
We launched with four products and no plan for a fifth this year. Two roasts and two capsules is the whole range, because a shelf full of options is easier to sell than it is to justify.
What is actually in it
Two ingredients in the coffee. That is the whole list.
Roasted Arabica coffee
Bourbon, Typica, Catuaí, Catucaí and Mundo Novo varietals from Brazil and Mexico. Medium roast, low acidity.
Hemp protein powder
Blended through the grind for earthy, nutty depth and plant-based protein in the cup. Nothing to shake, nothing to rinse.
CBD and THC
None of either. Legal in all 50 states and no concern on a drug test.
Where the beans come from
Brazil and Mexico, across five Arabica varietals. Ground for drip, pour-over or French press, 12 oz / 340 g per bag, manufactured in the USA.
Caffeine per serving comes off the nutrition-facts panel and is still pending from our fulfilment dashboard. We will publish the exact number rather than round one up.

Deliberately not dark. Low acidity is the point, so the cup stays easy on a sensitive stomach.
