The 30-day promise

If the first shipment is not for you, tell us within 30 days and we refund it in full. Opened bags included, because you cannot judge a roast through the packaging.

Do not mail it back

Shipping ground coffee across the country twice helps nobody. Keep it, pass it to a friend, or compost the grounds.

Later shipments

Refunds cover the first shipment. After that, skip or pause instead — a shipment paused before it processes is never charged.

How long refunds take

Processed within one business day. Your bank takes three to five more, which is out of our hands.
