Where we ship

All 50 US states plus Washington DC. Canada and the UK are on the roadmap for 2027 and the waitlist is the newsletter.

Cost

Free on orders over $49. Under $49 it is a flat $5.90. Subscribers on the Full Ritual and Complete Stack ship free regardless of order value.

Timing

Orders placed before 2pm ET leave our US fulfilment partner the same business day. Most US addresses see the box in two to four days.

Tracking

Tracking goes out by email and SMS the moment the label prints. If a parcel stalls for more than three days, contact support and we reship.

Lost or damaged

We replace it. One message, no photographs of a crushed box required, no investigation period.
