Where we ship

All 50 US states and Washington DC. Canadian addresses are quoted at checkout. We do not ship anywhere else yet.

Cost

Free shipping on orders over $49.00. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Timing

Orders placed before 2pm ET leave our US fulfilment partner the same business day. Most US addresses see the box in two to four days.

Tracking

Tracking goes out by email and SMS the moment the label prints. If a parcel stalls for more than three days, contact support and we reship without asking you to chase the carrier.

Lost or damaged

We replace it. One message, no photographs of a crushed box required, no investigation period.
