Anchor is 91% roasted Arabica coffee and 9% hemp protein powder. Steady is 90% roasted Arabica, 5% organic Lion's Mane powder and 5% organic Chaga powder. Both are medium roasts with low acidity, built from Bourbon, Typica, Catuaí, Catucaí and Mundo Novo beans out of Brazil and Mexico, and manufactured in the USA. That is the entire ingredient list on both bags.

It tastes like a medium roast with an earthy, nutty depth. The protein is blended through the grind rather than stirred in after, so it brews in a normal drip machine, pour-over or French press with no special preparation.
