What you are agreeing to

A recurring order at the cadence you pick, charged the day it processes, at the price shown at signup. We do not raise a subscriber price without 30 days notice by email.

Pausing and skipping

Both are two clicks in the portal, available until the moment a shipment processes. Pausing holds your price. Skipping moves the next charge by one cycle.

Cancelling

Two clicks, same portal, no email and no phone call.

Failed payments

We retry three times over six days and email you before the last attempt. Nothing ships until payment clears.

Changing your plan

Swap roast, change cadence, add or drop a capsule jar, or move between plans at any time. Changes apply to the next shipment.
